Photoshop consumes all of the customer’s system resources, such as CPU If the problem began after you updated a driver, roll back to a previous version of the driver. Ensure that the driver for your device is updated. Disable GPU use. Deselect Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor. Using Photoshop with uncertified hardware is not recommended. Issues with untested/uncertified hardware (GPU, etc). Contact the manufacturer of your peripheral for additional support. Try using Photoshop with a different peripheral unit. Update to the latest version of your peripheral’s driver. Follow the suggestions in Photoshop crashing due to libcef.dll. For instructions, see Photoshop freezes at launch. This issue is caused by corrupt color profiles or really large preset files. To resolve this issue, update Photoshop to the latest version. If updating Photoshop to the latest version doesn't solve the problem, try removing the custom preset files.
When you launch Photoshop, it freezes either at the splash screen displaying ' Loading Halide Bottlenecks.' or freezes/crashes during startup.
